Kelowna — On Friday, May 15, 2009, the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Minister of Natural Resources, will speak at the Kelowna Solar Summit and announce a new solar hot water heating program for homeowners in British Columbia. Minister Raitt will be joined by Ron Cannan, Member of Parliament for Kelowna–Lake County, the Mayor of Kelowna, Sharon Shepherd, and representatives of FortisBC.
